. DTSC ECRG awardee EBALDC broke ground at West Grand and Brush in W. Oakland yesterday. 59 new affordable units with access to fresh food, transit, and jobs will soon exist on a site that previously was used for vehicle storage.

Yesterday was a great day to celebrate breaking ground on 59 affordable rental apartments in West Oakland, including permanent supportive housing units. We even had a rainbow! Congrats EBALDC & @abode_services!
