EAT DIS announces our full endorsement of PACBI!

We at EAT DIS recognize attempts by Israeli institutions and their supporters to co-opt dance music in order to whitewash the genocide of Palestinian people and support the illegal occupation of Palestine by Israel.

We believe that dance music, as a scene and genre historically innovated by oppressed people of many nationalities and ethnicities, has no place in it for any institution which wishes to misuse its diverse culture in order to perpetuate the oppression of any group of people.

That is why we stand in FULL solidarity with the Palestinian people in their resistance to the illegal and genocidal occupation by Israel and swear to:

1. Boycott any and all Israeli institutions, cultural products and events sponsored by official Israeli institutions or non-Israeli institutions that promote Israel.

2. Refuse any and all funding from official Israeli institutions

3. Refuse any and all normalization campaigns which wish to whitewash Israeli violence towards Palestinian people and/or states that Palestinian people are equally responsible for the genocidal violence committed by the Israeli occupation.

We at EAT DIS encourage all producers, DJs, and artists to endorse PACBI and loudly and openly stand with the Palestinian people against the genocidal occupation of Israel. The time to fight for Palestine is now, for the future of the world, our culture, and music depends on it!
