On Tuesday (5/31) I have invited Lt. Ryan Woodard of Oklahoma City Fire to present on National Autistic Society care in EMS. His personal attachment to this topic makes his message that much more impactful. Join us Tuesday 11AM EST on Microsoft Teams: bit.ly/3nrwUtk. autism speaks NAEMSP FAEMSMD
The slope of death means that for every minute without intervention, a cardiac arrest patient's chance of surviving decreases by about 10%. High-performing systems alter the slope, giving patients a 50% chance of survival. Thanks Tom Bouthillet for a GIF to explain this concept.
Just Tom Bouthillet taking us to church on the importance of high performance CPR. First There First Care #floridaresuscitationacademy
Had a fantastic young man come by and do CPR on our infant manikin. The most touching part was that he was an infant cardiac arrest survivor. First There First Care #cprsaveslives #infantcardiacarrest
I'm a little jealous I couldn't be there! I am sure this was the most epic of trainings. Tom Bouthillet Michael D. Herbert ResuscitationAcademy Cumberland Goodwill

Thank you ISP Trooper Flaherty 93 for your quick thinking at an OHCA. Early CPR & AED improves OHCA survival. You have done your part in Snatching Life from the Jaws of Death. Thanks to ISP Trooper Flaherty 93 and other bikers who started CPR, a #RAGBRAI rider lives to bike another day.
I couldn’t attend National Association of EMS Educators and really regretted not being able to hear David Fifer keynote address. But thanks to Prodigy EMS and @medicmindset its available to me. This is just awesome! Thank you!
