#EABCT2022 was great! However-I feel more confirmed than ever regarding the importance of early recognition and prevention. Why wait until children develop a mental illness and than struggle with treatment response? #prevention #depression I‘m sure Pablo agrees!

#EABCT2022 was a lot of good science and a great opportunity to share findings on #intoleranceofuncertainty ! Many thanks to Pablo Romero Sanchiz who chaired our Uncertainty in Contexts Research Network symposium and to Helmut Appel, Zoe 🇺🇦 and Dr. Shannon Wake who invited me to discuss their fab research 👏

Thank you #EABCT2022 for having me! I enjoyed presenting and - reflecting on - the potential of IPDMA for the personalisation of psychological interventions for relapse prevention in depression.
