Based on the exit polls, the German state election rolling vote share (vs five years ago): CDU: 30.8% (+0.2) SPD: 19.6% (-2.8) Grn: 16.2% (+2.8) AfD: 12.8% (+0.8) FDP: 5.2% (-2.5) FW: 4.5% (+1.6) Lnk: 4.0% (-2.4) BSW: 1.1% (New) Other: 5.7%

It's an interesting question in terms of British mandate theory. Technically, 'deliver economic stability with tough spending rules' is the first highlighted policy in the manifesto, but it is not one of Labour's 'five missions' and was not the focus of the campaign/their voters.
