Coaches: It doesn’t matter how long you’ve coached or how much you know about your sport. Real relationships will drive real motivation. If you don’t take the time to get to know the kids you coach, how can you know the best, most effective ways to teach, lead & motivate them?

Bennett They don’t get it. My guy became a multimillionaire and retired at 25 and never averaged more than 9.9 ppg after high school. And in high school we always focused on making the right play. Made it so we could play in and be successful in any environment with any team\coach.

College freshman Get off social media, work on your game. Go work on earning your coaches trust by putting in the work that needs to be done when the coaches are not looking Diet, run, lift and shoot. Don’t transfer from the process at the end , go through the grind
