My advice to my young self. Maximize your opportunities when you’re the most relevant. For track athletes, Grand Slam is well thought out and it benefits the athletes more than anyone else. 100 racks to run 2 races in a 2 day format. Sign me up!

Coaches are you a teller or a teacher ? You can tell but can you answer why. You can teach but are you teaching correctly. I would say coaching is rather complex.

I don’t understand why our top athletes aren’t doing Grand Slam Track, it’s a great tune up for the season and if you’re one of the ones you can walk away with Half a mill before the season really starts.

Talking for 40 min ain’t it either. You can’t have track without the FIELD! I still love the concept though.
