Why is it when your short, people always think you need help? Don't get me wrong it's quite nice when people help you but I just wonder why

It’s the 10th of Jan and already I have had three episodes of colds!!!. Feeling frustrated🤬🤬🤬

Why is it when ever you shop at Estee Lauder the customer service lacks the finesse you used to get back in the day. They just want you to buy their item and off you go. No mention of the database you are emailed on regularly no mention of any free sample. Just the money pls!!
