I really think the High Performance directors of federations who turn down the hard won places of athletes who have qualified & been invited by IAAF to compete in the #WorldAthleticsChampionships need to watch this & understand what it takes to turn an athlete into a medallist..

The number of times I fail these ‘Are you a robot?’ tests when signing up for stuff online is quite concerning! It would explain a lot though....

Good example to show how the smallest of changes can make a big difference in the throwing events.....you’re sometimes closer to the “big throw” than you think!
