More fabulous swimming this afternoon at Essex Champs with the boys 100 back, great swims & pbs from Henry, Josh T, Harrison B, Harrison T, Patrick, Sam, Jack and Josh S who takes🥇 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🔴⚫️

And the pbs continued in this evening’s session, with great swims both in the girls 100 breast (Luisa, Olivia, Neve & Daisy H) & in the boys 200 back (Pat & Josh S). Congratulations to Daisy & Josh swimming in their respective finals, Daisy finished 7th & Josh took🥇 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🔴⚫️

A great start to the last day of counties, Fabulous swims with pbs from the boys in fly, Evan (12th and Regional time) & Ellis (5th in final) swimming 100m and Dylan swimming 200m finishing 6th. 👏🏻👏🏻🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

And for the girls we had Rebecca J in 200 IM (17th), followed by the medley relays with Daisy R, Jodie, Zara & Poppy (4th) and Eliza, Neve, Zoe & Olivia (17th). Well done everyone.👏🏻👏🏻🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

The fantastic swimming continued this afternoon with Pat, Damon, Dylan & Josh S in the 100 fly. Some great pbs saw 3 swimmers into the finals with Pat finishing 6th, Damon🥇& Josh🥈👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Daisy H had a strong swim in the 200 breast (9th) and both Sam (6th) & Pat (8th) had huge pbs in the 200 free.

And to finish on a high, the girls free relay team of Zara, Alice, Jodie & Daisy R win🥈and the boys medley team of Josh, Matt, Damon & Sam win🥇👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🔴⚫️🔴⚫️
