I think it's tempting to think of this election as if everyone was working from the same information and the country just made a very dark choice. How could all these women vote for someone who hates women? How could all these latino men vote for someone who hates latino men? Et.

Lots of MSM media claims about "record turnout." Huh? In 2020, there were 155M total votes (Biden 81M, Trump 74M). In 2024 there were 139M total votes. (Harris 67M, Trump 72M). That's 16M FEWER votes this election (and no pandemic.) Anybody able to explain?
