New jobs plan says it will support SMEs. We cant increase SME support in context of austerity where govt cuts everything. 2024 budget cut DTIC budget by R3bn. DTIC has provided no funding to NEF since 2010. How are SMEs supposed to create jobs in economy that does not grow?
