Five years ago we were disappointed when Minnesota DNR didn't order a contested case hearing on PolyMet. Now, after a CCH ordered by the courts, a judge has recommended what we've said all along: The PolyMet PTM should be DENIED. Read more here: mncenter.org/press-release-… @MCEA1974
