DFD crews are responding to down power lines that are sparking on the 1700 block of West Arrowhead Road. Winds are gusting at over 40mph. Stay tuned to Minnesota Power for any power outages.

Duluth Fire is responding to the report of a car that rolled backward and is now hanging from a divider above Mesaba Avenue and West 1st Street. No one was injured. The car is totaled.
