Another great day on Saturday for the Dukes at Seneca East! 3 new personal bests this week : Zach by 12 seconds to 20:39. Joe improved 13 seconds to 17:25 and Ethan destroyed his old best by almost 2 1/2 minutes to 24:28!! Congrats to our placers:Nick (34th) Joe(20th)!

The Dukes had a strong showing at Ashland on Saturday! Our youth club started us off and then 4 PR’s were earned! Joe finished 2nd with a 17:06, Nick ran a 13:09, Robert took off 1:42 his best time & Madelyn passed 4 girls in the last 50 yards and crushed her PR by 20 seconds!
