HUGE crowds this afternoon in Herbert Park! Another lovely sunny Sunday afternoon playing in one of Dublin’s beautiful public spaces. The summer is drawing to a close, but we’ve still another couple of gigs to go! With thanks to Dublin City Council DCCParksBiodiversity Lord Mayor of Dublin

We’re really looking forward to our performance this Sunday (25th). We’ll be performing on the Bandstand in St. Stephen’s Green. The Bandstand, which dates back to Victorian times, has been fully restored having been damaged during COVID. Office of Public Works

It was a real treat to be back playing on the bandstand in St. Stephen’s Green today. A large and appreciative audience and a lovingly restored venue that is a real pleasure to perform on. With special thanks to Office of Public Works

We are absolutely delighted to confirm that we are one of this year’s recipients of funding from the Music Capital Scheme. This scheme enables groups such as ourselves buy top quality instruments and equipment that otherwise would be beyond our reach. Music Network Department of Culture, Communications and Sport

As always, a very special day in the DCB calendar. We remembered all of the DCBers who have gone before us. We paid tribute to Noel Cavanagh on the occasion of his retirement from the band. We also awarded the Bandsperson of the Year award to Éamonn Kennedy. ❤️
