Dr. S Lee describes case of "Bimodal pattern of edema" after Inferior AMI s/p early PCI with readmission from transient delayed CHB after 7 days. Early CMR: inferior LGE, ⬆️T1, ECV & T2 due to scar and edema. Follow up CMR: near normal T1, normal T2. ❌ PPM needed #SCMR2021
