Begins today with most cities going into the 70s later this afternoon. Tomorrow and Thursday will see our warmest cities away from the coast going into the 80s.

BREAKING: As of 12:18pm the Golden Gate Bridge has now re-opened to traffic after protestors shut the bridge down for hours

Both directions of the Golden Gate Bridge have been shut down due to a Pro-Palestinian protest. Demonstrators have blocked the southbound direction of Highway 101. This is the second protest causing major back-ups on Bay Area roadways, the demonstration has blocked northbound…

As of 10:25am protestors continue to block the Golden Gate Bridge as CHP surrounds them. Marin CHP has told our Cornell Barnard they are getting ready to move in to make arrests.

The Golden Gate Bridge remains completely shut down in both directions as of 10am. CHP is going one by one and turning drivers around who were headed into San Francisco. Tow trucks have arrived to move cars blocking the highway.

BREAKING: A THIRD protest has now shut down Westbound 980 merge to Southbound 880 in west Oakland

Along with the Golden Gate Bridge, seven protestors locked to six concrete-filled barrels are blocking northbound 880 in Oakland creating major delays in the East Bay. Amanda del Castillo says 580 is already jamming up as folks find alternate routes.

BREAKING: Protestors have shut down the Golden Gate Bridge this morning. Folks in Marin County advised to go the long way...Richmond-San Rafael Bridge down to the Bay Bridge.

DRY WEATHER RETURNS
Clouds hang around this morning giving way to sunnier skies this afternoon. High temperatures are near or slightly below average for this time of the year. Warmer weather will arrive over the next few days.

STORMY WEEKEND
Saturday will be the wetter of the two days this weekend. Saturday will feature morning rain with snow falling on our highest peaks. The afternoon will see the chance for a thunderstorm. Sunday morning is rather quiet with one final chance for rain in the afternoon

The Bay Area will be on SNOW WATCH again Saturday morning as a cold storm tries to drop snow on our highest peaks. Areas like Mt. Hamilton, the Santa Cruz Mountains and our highest peaks in the North Bay have the best possibility of snow.

Put the summer clothes away as colder air arrives today. Cities will see a 10°-20° drop in high temperatures today compared to yesterday. Highs stay in the 50s and 60s today under partly sunny skies🥶
