I-5 was in pretty good shape, late Saturday morning, heading South from KGW News in Downtown Portland to I-205. Keep in mind though, this was around 11am & conditions around the area have continued to deteriorate. Plus, It is freezing cold & not getting warmer anytime soon ❄️🧊🥶
