People ask all the time whether they should focus on food or on supplements to improve their gut health. There a lot of great supplements for gut health, and they are a big part of our practice. However, most people don't focus on foods enough, which is a huge missed opportunity!

There are so many critical nutrients for brain health, including omega 3, B complex, vitamin D, iron, magnesium and zinc. It might seem tempting to buy a multivitamin daily to obtain these, however it is far more beneficial to try and obtain these daily from actual food sources.
