Scratch test results show that I'm allergic to everything. This is not an exaggeration. So I'll be starting allergy drops in a couple weeks. All I have to say is, can you imagine how unstoppable I'll become when I'm not constantly in an allergen brainfog? Ya'll better watch out.

Also, I'm wearing a heart monitor for two weeks, and I'm pretty sure Gil has already activated it twice because he is VERY determined to sleep on my chest again. Did I mention that he kicked me in the throat last night with all nine pounds? This cat.... he's lucky he's cute.

I had one good day, but the migraine/cluster headache is coming back. So here's day eight of debilitating pain, dizziness, and nausea. But hey, big thanks to the ER for the OTC meds. Cuz y'know, never thought to try ibuprofen before in my 18 years of dealing with this.

Just recertified my ACLS and PALS and I was the lowest trained individual in the room and I felt like a BIG dumb. But I passed! So that's done for another 2 years.

So that time I ended up in the ER for the worst part of a seven day cluster headache just finally got processed by my insurance. The bill was originally over $8k for the doctor to tell me to alternate acetaminophen and ibuprofen, at over-the-counter strength.

Has anyone ever played videos of gymnasts doing incredible flips and tricks to dolphins? They must think we're terribly boring in the water, that would sure show them otherwise. I wonder what a dolphin would think of that.

Allergies are horrendous, so I took my SUPER strong antihistamine that's usually reserved for breakthrough migraines. Friends..... it isn't working. 😭

Just got back from Civil War and it wasn't the movie I thought it was going to be. Instead, it was a really great take on wartime journalists and PTSD. PLEASE be in a good headspace if you go. I wasn't, so now it's self care time for the rest of my waking hours.

I miss streaming campaigns. If anyone has a Monday night adventure coming up, I can definitely make that work with my schedule, please cast me or tell me where to audition, I miss ya'll. 🥹

The more I'm hearing about the absolute shit-show that #BeastGames ended up being, the more I'm glad I wasn't chosen. I had a casting agent reach out to me to tell me to apply, I made it through medical checks and background checks, but not a word in the end. (Thank goodness. 🙃)
