I don't expect Blizzard Entertainment / Blizzard CS - The Americas / Ion Hazzikostas to do the proper thing here and refund my Midnight pre-order, and I don't want to go the chargeback route if they eventually decide to walk back the changes. However, I have serious doubts about the honesty of the company.

I want to say thank you to Blizzard CS - The Americas and GM Eunallop for taking the time to request an exception for me. After playing the game for over 20 years and fully expecting to play until the servers died, it's unfortunate to part ways like this, but c'est la vie.
