JustAnotherJackal Tried many different brushes for lineart, until I settled on the good old default hard round for lineart.

I also use a plugin to help called Lazy Nezumi Pro - it's got other functions (like perspective rulers) but I mostly use it for its line smoothing:

Ridley Oh I'm aware what talons specifically are. In the paw-related circles I happen to find myself in, it's generally what people use to refer to the feet of birds (rather than paws or feet).

Haru The Blueberry timber wolf! I usually save file iterations after every major step (Sketch -> Lineart -> Flats -> Shading -> VFX/Adjustments) because I normally use so many layers that it's rare a mistake affects the whole piece.

...until now. :/
