You can't really see it in that video but there were a number of pro-Shah of Iran flags among the pro-Israel supporters. I guess it makes sense that pro-Shah people support Israel, but it still feels like a strange group of fellow travellers.

Very happy that Mairav Zonszein מרב זונשיין is making this point because it's important. The US is NOT sanctioning military units, it is simply applying the Leahy Law as written. This needs to be a permanent practice if, indeed, the rule of law is of any value at all.
