Hey Southwest Airlines. I’ve been a customer 4 decades & made an honest mistake & booked myself & children on the wrong day. When I went to check us in today my flight was canceled & I’m being told I can’t refund my tickets to rebook for today. Honest mistake during crazy time. Help!!
