The logistics of the #BankingOnACure event are incredible! After the donor is consented & completes a brief questionnaire, their blood is drawn & processed immediately on-site by these amazing #volunteers . Some are scientists, others lab techs or students #Every1HasARole

Prep for the #BankingOnACure event started with a #takeover of the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center women’s clinic. The women (&men!) who donated their #breast tissue today spent 60-90 mins moving thru several stations starting with informed consent, ending with a celebration #ClinicalTrials
