Here’s to a new #mindfulness pub! A 4-week mindfulness program led to improvements in mindfulness, working memory, and cognitive processing in a small cohort of Black undergraduate women. There were also reductions in anxiety, fatigue, and arterial stiffness.

Excited our article in this special issue is finally out w/ (twitterless) Michael Perez, Jericka Battle, and Dr. Jaren Crist. I never know whether what I'm writing can make a difference in psychology, but it's always the goal.
