Just saw a new chiropractor that does "Applied Kinesiology" technique. Extremely similar to what I do. Apparently I independently rediscovered Applied Kinesiology. It was the most satisfying patient experience I've ever had.

Working on calcium intake seems to have unlocked some new detox activity. Similar to what high dose niacin was doing, but different. Nothing crazy, mostly subtle stuff (unlike niacin which got pretty uncomfortable).

I admit I have felt a bit "out on a limb" with this calcium experiment. But the results have been compelling. After 2 months, I think it's likely the final 10% for me. In time I'll write more on it. Though I do have to keep crediting vitamin A detox for the bulk of the journey.
