Can CMSGov, Chiquita Brooks-LaSure, Secretary Xavier Becerra, or Meena Seshamani explain why doctors deserve a 2.8% reduction in pay when you increase facility rates? When will you go after UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, etc that continue to collect additional billions annually by committing fraud?

They should be mentioned. It is up to the ordering physician to be able to interpret findings. I document clinically insignificant hiatal hernias, diverticulosis, and internal hemorrhoids in my EGD/colonoscopy reports.

A couple years ago I had a hospital CEO tell me that fair market value for GI call starts at $0. That hospital has been using locums since then and I think a locums GI costs a bit more than $0.
