Age bar should not be there in research and academic appointments. First the age bar comes in csir jrf as 28. Same goes to all project appointments. It is followed by appointments in premier institutes like IIT restricting to 35. Most universities restrict to 40 for AP

Masters students don't fall into this saying..
'Even if PhDs are jobless, then why should I do a PhD?'
From my experience after doing a PhD the chances of getting a highly paid job double.
So especially Biotechs do a PhD immediately after Masters..

Mostly among colleagues there will be a spy who ruin our personality, career etc. Mostly foolish dump bosses believe this spies and considered their words for assesing our personality.Many good relationships lose because of this type of bad people.
