The refurbished Brahmaputra Hostel at IIMC Dhenkanal was inaugurated by VC Indian Institute of Mass Communication Dr Anupama Bhatnagar today. Registar 𝐃𝐫 𝐍𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐢, Director IIMC Dhenkanal Prof Anand Pradhan, and staff were present. With this Ph. 1 of Dhenkanal campus upgradation has been completed.

All set WAVES India!!

The WAVES India has been a spectacular show. Hats off to PM Narendra Modi and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for such a marquee event that will put India at the centre of the global creative economy. Has been an honor for Indian Institute of Mass Communication to attend the inaugural WAVES.

Was a pleasure to interact with Dr. V Anantha Nageswaran, Chief Economic Advisor to the Government of India. His presentation to IIS Officer Trainees, dwelling on aspects of India's economy, and global challenges was extremely insightful.

Thanks to the wonderful team at Indian Institute of Mass Communication, we are happy to announce yet another new program. The contours of this program in corporate communication & brand management have been developed through industry interactions. The program shall be offered at IIMC Dhenkanal campus.

As always, it was a pleasure to meet my friend Abhay K., this time in my office at Indian Institute of Mass Communication. Added bonus was to receive a signed copy of his latest book, Nalanda. Already read a few chapters. Fascinating, a must read!!

The FTII Module for IIS Grp A OTs commenced today at Pune. Apart from OTs, Sh Dhiraj Singh, Dir FTII, Dr Rustagi, Registrar IIMC, Sh Prateek Jain, Registrar FTII & faculty attended the inaugural. Later, discussions were held on areas of collaboration between IIMC & FTII.

Happy to share that IIMC and the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune signed an MoU today. The signatories Shri Dhiraj Singh, Director FTII and 𝐃𝐫 𝐍𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐢, Registrar IIMC exchanged the MoU marking a new beginning of collaboration between the two institutions.
