"The FDA grandfathered-in SCIT" (Creticos) Important that multi-allerg SCIT is FDA-approved b/c grandfath-in, not b/c of robust study evidence, yet FDA requiring such for SLIT drops approval – why? We must acknowl this type of study is nearly impossible & limits care. #ACAAI20

Food for thought: "We don't really have good dose-response studies for SCIT” & “The data showing efficacy of mixing allergens together (SCIT) has yet to be reported." (Bernstein) Yet SCIT is FDA-approved in the US & SLIT drops are kept from approval for these reasons. ? #ACAAI20
