Excellent work Yuta Nemoto, studies like this taking a #lifecourse perspective and examining long-term #PhysicalActivity patterns make a great contribution to the field. Many thanks for involving. It has been a pleasure working together :-)

Many thanks to Journal of Sport and Health Science (JSHS) for the invitation 🙏 We enjoyed reflecting on the field of #PhysicalActivity Any other reflections? We look forward to conversations beyond this paper. @Ulf_Ekelund Adrian Bauman Philip Clare sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

7,000 steps a day could be enough to improve health, say researchers Melody Ding et al theguardian.com/science/2025/j… via Anna Bawden

How many steps do we really need a day for good health? Excited to share our new research in The Lancet Public Health thelancet.com/journals/lanpu… * Even small increases for those inactive could be helpful * 7000 is a realistic target backed by science Keep stepping 🚶♂️🚶🧑🦯🏃♀️
