Doing a PubMed search for a glioblastoma review and was swamped by IJMS MDPI papers.

A quick search revealed this is not a GBM special issue problem:
56 papers/day on average in 2023, up from 45/day in 2022, 38/day in 2021, 27/day in 2020...

This madness has to be stopped.
