Excited to share our recent pub in ASGCT's Molecular Therapy. This work demonstrates that AAV9 gene therapy to treat CLN8 disease is safe, well-tolerated & results in significantly reduced disease hallmarks in a mouse model of CLN8 Batten disease. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33010819/
