On the plus side, flipping them back into the joint and trimming them is miraculous, gets rid of pain instantly, like turning 📴 a switch

Belinda Beck James Noake I’m down a bone stress/muscle force vs GRF wormhole… Just to say that this study also found no soleal aponeurosis (as you said). Seems to me it’s less about muscle pull via periosteum and more about muscle forces on bone as whole causing deformation & compression? Rich Willy 🙏🏻
