1. Bouzy claimed he 'knew' I was a lawyer .
2. Bouzy told people that I was NOT a lawyer hurting my reputation.

Court Conclusion: His admission was not enough to show he said it with actual malice. Meaning He knew it was false and said it anyway.

The perspective in which every other instance of 21,000 injured annual is a major public health concern.
We can't justify ignoring actual, injured victims under the argument potential victims might be harmed.
