Nature Cancer Dana-Farber Broad Institute We teamed up with The Cancer Dependency Map Project to systematically characterize the molecular vulnerabilities of MM cells through genome-scale CRISPR gene-editing screens. We also performed further preclinical characterization of key genes selected by these screens (3/n)

Use the new TD tool to identify novel genetic targets based on analyses of DepMap CRISPR and RNAi data! Sort or filter genes by pre-computed analysis metrics, including selectivity, predictability and biomarker class, and external annotations for target tractability.

Very nice work! This bias is most noticeable in genes with weak dependency effects where the top correlates are the genes in the same chromosome arm.
