Am glad we now have a law on Narcotics & Psychotropic substances.We can now go after the bad guys & cartels that are getting drugs into the country, schools & community. There are not many success stories of treatment of substance use disorder so the best option is prevention.

Parliament Watch UCI at the centre cant keep up with the number of cancer cases. Immediate & midterm is to regionalize oncology services in the 4 regions. Gulu is complete & awaits operationaliztn this year. The Cancer Registry should go beyond Kampala to the National level for better planning
