Even with the uncertain spring weather today our Downside School CAFOD Big Lent Walk made a total of 242km!! 726 laps!!! Thank you so much to all pupils and staff for taking part even in the rain 🌧

Solemnity of SS John Roberts & Ambrose Barlow for us, 2 martyrs of our community, martyred in the 17th century. St Ambrose was arrested, still wearing vestments, after Easter Sunday Mass. Both were convicted of being Catholic priests. soundcloud.com/downsideabbey/…
