Just completed my first 48 hour fast. The first day I was super hungry but I fought through and eventually it went away and I felt somewhat high. I even surfed both days! I think I’m gonna start doing this semi-regularly #Autophagy #Ketosis

very tragic for Kelowna 😢 my old house was in the evacuation zone and I think it may have burned down last night. i moved to california a few years ago but i have lots of family and friends here (i’m actually in kelowna right now visiting) and my heart goes out to all of them ❤️

all four wisdom teeth pulled two days ago and now i’m evacuating from my folks house in west kelowna due to the extreme ongoing fires here. what a trip
