Oh, shit, it killed me.....

The 0.65mm pitch BGA is a little to small to fit a via between pads using a cheap fab process. So I'll need to snake out the signals I need. I sketched out a quick diagram to make sure I could atleast escape all the power/RF/SWD signals. Right now I'm missing 4 I/O pins. Not bad.
