There are an estimated 1 million long-finned pilot whales and approximately 200,000 short-finned pilot whales worldwide, unfortunately the faroe Islands are cutting into the long fin population in a very cruel way. And Japan have basically lost the short finn in those waters. 😔

Ramin Snow Leopard Trust Thanks Ramin. A really important factor in all this is also protection of the people living with leopards, retaliation is the number one issue right now. If people's livelihoods and safety are maintained then tolerance of the #leopard increases, I can't stress this enough.
