Vouchers failed last night in all 3 states that put it to their voters. Of course, Greg Abbott won’t ask Texans for a resolution on vouchers. He knows they oppose them . So, he begs Yankee billionaires to buy a #txlege that will pass them. Demand your Rep support #txed!!

That provides state lawmakers too much power related to federal government. Non-constitutional and complete overreach in my opinion Brian Harrison

Not all Texans do Brian Harrison The 17th amendment to the Constitution calls for the direct election of Senators. Providing this power to the state legislature nullifies that provision in my opinion. Would you be ok if county commissioners could remove you from office?

This debate has nothing to do with the border, all Texans want that solved. This has everything to do with special interest issues, including school choice. And I think you understand that but would rather spin a false narrative

Quick, share a picture of Governor Greg Abbott at a public school in the last 2 years. Or having a conversation with any public school leader. Until then, you can’t say all backgrounds, can ya?

It’s a fallacy to say Texans want “school choice” based on the March 2024 primary. Voter turnout was lower than 2020 primaries. Only 18% of all voters participated in the 2024 primaries. Less than 13% of Republican voters participated. Put it on the ballot and let Texans vote
