We enjoyed taking part in sessions led by the Spectrum project yesterday. We did activities based on gender stereotypes and managing our emotions. The children were fantastic and showed great understanding that no matter what your gender, we are all equal! Ysgol Maesglas

We enjoyed lots of activities for internet safety day this week! We learnt how to keep safe when playing games online by following the stop, close, tell rule. Dosbarth Onnen enjoyed celebrating Chinese new year today with lots of expressive arts activities and learning all about the traditions linked to the celebration! Ysgol Maesglas

Our newest member of Dosbarth Onnen, Draig Coch has had a fantastic first adventure with last weeks cymraes y wythnos and is now ready for a new adventure with our cymro y wythnos! Ysgol Maesglas

Despite having to adapt and stay indoors due to the icy weather our year 1 children enjoyed an active maths session based on fractions this week, lots of teamwork along with fantastic reasoning and explanations!👏🏼Dosbarth Ffawydd Progression Step 1
