This is such an important proposal for how decriminalization can promote health and human rights. Too many attempts at 'decrim' simply result in people who use drugs getting criminalized and punished in other ways.

Toronto East Detention Centre has had huge outbreaks before, like in Sept when over 30 inmates were infected and barely any attention. But now, it's Omicron and it's staff and it's not just inside the prison, we're like holy shit.
