What a year for Dorman boys sports. Upper State champions in Football, state titles in Cross Country and Basketball. Upper State title in baseball, with state series left to play. Have a shot on Saturday at track. Add the girls' volleyball title, and it's been quite a year.

The Dorman All Sports Booster Club will host a pizza tailgate before the first State Championship game this Saturday at River Bluff. Look for the Dorman tent. We will have pizza and drinks starting around 5:30pm. Bring a chair and be ready to cheer on the Dorman Cavaliers.

Game 2 of the 5A State Championship will be at Dorman Tuesday at 7 pm

The Dorman Competitive Cheer Program will be holding an additional JV tryout for rising grades 7 – 10 next year today and tomorrow in the DFC gym from 5pm to 6pm. You must have a current athletic physical on file or bring a completed physical with you to try out.

Varsity Boys Track & Field athletes please return your uniform to Coach Johns immediately. You can also drop it by Coach Urban’s room at DHS for distance or Coach Clevinger’s room at DHS for Throwers.

The Dorman baseball team will play River Bluff at home tomorrow night in Game 2 of the State Championship Series at 7:00. All tickets will be $6.00 for the championship series as set by the South Carolina High School League.
