📣 One more week! Don't miss out on the Delsys Lunch and Open-Panel Discussion on "Integrated Technologies for Next Gen Sports Sciences" ISBS Annual Conference! 🌟 Ph.D. candidate Daisey Vega (University of Houston) will be speaking on her research regarding the role of arms in ambulation!
Great ISBS Annual Conference day: Student-Mentor breakfast with Daisey Vega chatting about applying research and innovating technology… then this afternoon her super engaging talk/panel session with an overview of her work on the role of the arms in running.
Had a great time at the ISBS Annual Conference lunchtime workshop today and it’s given me a lot to think about. But mostly has left me considering how anyone can complete a 100 mile race with this elevation 🤯 @woutersinas
Back on twitter to stay connected with my new ISBS Annual Conference friends but also to say how great this conference experience has been!!
I am forever thankful for the opportunity the De Luca Foundation and Delsys gave me to present and attend ISBS Annual Conference 🙏🏽
Thank you for hyping me up! It’s been great having Dr Céleste Wilkins as my ISBS mentor 🙌🏽 🏃🏽♀️🏇

Dr. Catherine Kuo Catherine K. Kuo, Ph.D. giving the 1st keynote on Inspiring tendon therapeutic strategies with developmental mechanobiology Fascinating work and a great example of the diversity of topics being presented at #ASB2023 this year!
Decided to venture off into the turning world and learned a lot about the mechanics and methodological approaches! Great symposium that Dr. Antonia Zaferiou Antonia Zaferiou, PhD helped put together! #ASB2023
Daisey Vega Turkey tendons?!
“Never underestimate the power of undergraduate research experiences.” 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Well said, Kim Bigelow! Seeing your students find their path in #biomechanics is a testament to your mentorship!
