On 7th May 2025, in Simcoe, Norfolk County, Canada, Amb. Carolyne Kamende Daudi, High Commissioner of Kenya to Canada, accompanied by officers from the Kenya High Commission in Ottawa called on Shawn McGowan of Agri-business HR Solutions & Amanda Dooney of Suncrest Orchards Farm.

Later, Amb. Kamende had the opportunity to tour Suncrest Ochard Farm guided by Amanda, where she met with Dan Odhiambo, one of the Kenyan farm workers deployed at the farm.

Kenya High Commission in Ottawa wishes to thank Amanda & Shawn for the opportunity to interact with them & look forward to future & fruitful engagements.
