I am tired. 7 mile run in heavy fog (at least as first). It was a good run though.

At the start of this year, I struggled to run for 5 minutes at a time. I just ran for 86 minutes covering 9 miles! My half-marathon training is progressing nicely!

1 week from today I will be running in my first EVER half-marathon! After that half, I have 2 weeks to recover for my 2nd half marathon!!! I started running this year to help lose some weight. It has turned into a fun hobby for me. Oh, and I am also down 33 pounds!

Okay, between recovering from this illness and training for the half marathons I'm running, my body had decided I need more sleep. I am going to listen to my body and skip the stream again today. (I am so sorry).

Yo! I just ran my 1st Half Marathon. Finish the race? ✔ Finish sub 2 hours? ✔ Don't die? ✔ Finish time just under 1:57 This breaks down to just under a 9 minute per mile pace (just over 5:30/km)

My footprints from a (nearly) 5 mile run this morning in the fresh snow 4-8 inches (10-20cm) deep. We got a bunch more snow today so tomorrow's run might be interesting.
